From her years of experience in research, she grew particularly interested in studying the relationship between neurological processes and health outcomes amongst individuals diagnosed with brain and addiction disorders. Through her studies at UBC, she has engaged in fMRI research examining impulse control in Bipolar populations and presented research on key determinants of health for aging adult populations.
